• During the weekdays Monday-Friday I attend hair school from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.
• Contact my hair school and book through them if you are requesting a service during my school hours.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. It's my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

• 24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment.
• This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.
• If you are unable to give an 24 hours advance notice you will be charged a $5 no show fee.
• This amount must be paid prior to your next appointment.

No-shows

• Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment without notice will be considered a “no-show.”
• They will be charged a $5 fee for their “missed” appointment that must be paid prior to your next appointment.

Late Arrivals

• Please let me know ahead of time if you believe you are going to arrive late, so I can adjust my schedule accordingly.
• I may have to schedule you for later on in the day if your tardiness will affect other clients appointment time.
• your session will be normal with no trouble as long as you're not too late.
• Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
